[文昌筆] Wen Chang Pen Necklace
The Wenchang Pen Necklace incorporates the auspicious symbolism of the "Wenchang Emperor," the deity who governs academic success and supports scholarly achievements, by integrating the pen, one of the Four Treasures of the Study.
The "Six Stars of Wenchang" correspond to the "Six Arts" of Confucianism, aligning with the "Rites, Music, Archery, Charioteering, Calligraphy, and Mathematics" from the Zhou Dynasty's "Rites of Zhou." During the Spring and Autumn period, Confucius pioneered private education, continuing the educational traditions of the Western Zhou by teaching disciples through the Six Arts.
The designer's ingenuity is evident in the addition of a captivating topaz gem at the tip of the Wenchang pen, symbolizing brilliance and literary excellence.
